From Bandung to Semarang, all the way to Karawaci: Decathlon Indonesia is on the move.
Starting at Institut Teknologi Bandung, continuing to Universitas Diponegoro, and heading to Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) — Decathlon Indonesia is touring universities to connect with future teammates from diverse communities and backgrounds. Because talent, passion, and potential can be found everywhere!
This journey is about more than just a job fair! it’s about introducing who we are, what we believe in, and the opportunities we’re building for the next generation.
We would also like to say thank you for all the people who had attend out booth and talk about our careers, play games with us, even sharing their favorite sport moments: it was truly a wonderful experience!

Proud of our nomination for the DS Smith Sustainability Award!
We believe that sport should be accessible to everyone, while minimizing our negative impact. To this end, we have been fully committed to the growth of our Second life project in the past year, with results that we are extremely proud of:
- Impact at scale: Our offering has doubled to more than 10,000 unique products.
- Growing community: We achieved 3.5x more revenue compared to 2024, proving that the circular economy is alive and well with our athletes.
- Seamless experience: Second-hand is now fully integrated into both our stores and the webshop.
This nomination is a recognition of the strong collaborations, internal improvements and hard work of our teams. Together we make the sports world circular.

More than just a jump shot: DAKAR HOOPS is aiming for empowerment.
In 2024, the association distributed 1,000 basketballs to young girls across 10 different locations in Senegal.
Between baskets, DAKAR HOOPS uses sports as a vehicle to tackle vital issues like menstrual hygiene and professional integration for young women.
The goal remains the same: to get people moving. -

This is co-creation.
When Decathlon develops a basketball shoe with an athlete, it is not a single game, but a journey together.
In 2025, Alex Sarr played the Rising Star Challenge with a "secret" Fast 900. No branding. Only real tests in the middle of competition, with direct feedback to the product team. Based on repetition and sincere conversations between the Washington Wizards player and the teams, the details were fine-tuned: fit, hold and responsiveness.
The Canaveral 900 Sarr Signature White marks a new step in this shared work. A new color built on everything learned along the way.
Alex will not be on track this weekend and we are fully by his side during his recovery.
The Rise is Real. -

This one has been 50 years in the making…
We are heading towards a massive milestone: Decathlon’s 50th anniversary in 2026. But to know where you’re going, you have to know where you came from.
Introducing Vertigo 76.
We opened our archives from 1976 and didn't just find "clothes" – we found our DNA. We found the spirit of adventure that started it all.
This isn't just a reissue. It’s a reinvention. We’ve taken the technical reliability of our past and fused it with the "gorpcore" aesthetic of today’s urban explorer. From the summits to the subway, this is everyday adventure.
A huge bravo to the Sportswear team for reviving the iconic "À Fond La Forme" triangle with such style.
The prelude to our golden anniversary drops today across Europe. -

The Move 4 Inclusion project, active in India, Indonesia, and the Philippines, concludes another impactful year.
If we have to summarize 2025 for the Philippines in a few figures, it would look like this:
- 320 Youth accompanied through the program.
- 37 professional exposure activities and - 18 sports activities organized to foster inclusion.
- 6 successful hirings within our teams in Alabang, Sta Rosa, and Pasay.
In 2025, the Move 4 Inclusion project confirms the strong bond between LP4Y and the local Decathlon Philippines teams for the youth in the Philippines.

We often think that to build something strong, we need to extract new resources from the earth. But our teams are proving that there is a better way.
I am incredibly proud to see how we are transforming our approach to one of the most traditional materials in sport: cast iron.
By using scrap metal and melting it down in electric furnaces – which use far less energy than traditional coal-fired methods – we are turning what was once waste into high-performance equipment.
The result is brilliant:
- Our cast iron weights are now made with 80% recycled material.
- We use 40% less energy during production.
- We reduce CO2 emissions by 10%, without losing any of the durability or quality our customers expect.
For the athlete, the experience remains exactly the same. The metal keeps its strength, but we give it a new story.
This shows that performance and sustainability do not have to be opposites – they can go hand in hand.
A huge thank you to the teammates and partners who worked so hard to make this a reality. -
